Shipping
Standard shipping is free in the continental US (lower 48) — it's baked into our prices. Every device ships provisioned, with an active SIM installed: the heavy lifting happens on our bench before the box is sealed, so what arrives is ready to work, not ready to configure.
Alaska, Hawaii, and international (Canada, Mexico, Guam, and elsewhere) — and expedited shipping anywhere — are quoted per order. Use the "get a quote" option in the cart: your basket comes to us with no charge taken, and we reply with a shipping quote and a payment link.
Returns — 45 days, no restocking fee
Return anything within 45 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided it's unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
- You cover return shipping — unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong thing, in which case we send a prepaid label.
- Once a SIM or bundled service plan has been activated, the service portion is non-refundable; the hardware still follows the normal policy.

Warranty — 24 months, we handle the whole thing
Hardware carries a 24-month manufacturer warranty (batteries excluded). As an authorized dealer, EQG is your single point of contact: you deal with us, we deal with the manufacturer — you'll never be told to "contact Teltonika."
- Not covered: physical damage, water ingress beyond the device's rating, wiring outside spec, or unauthorized firmware modifications.
